I don’t know about you, but I LOVE books. I adore them. One time I heard an old library was for sale, and I wanted to buy it (I mean, I couldn’t, but I wanted to). If you love books, too, you just might want to enter this give away!

Prize #1

Prize #1 includes a paperback copy of every title will we be reading aloud this year at STAR Homeschool community. The total value is $57.80 and this prize includes the following books:

Prize #3

Prize #3 is a beautiful hymn book by Joni Eareckson Tada & Bobbie Wolgemuth, Timeless Hymns for Family Worship. This book contains nine of the sixteen hymns we will be learning at STAR Homeschool Community this year and five of the twelve hymns that are scheduled in the Family Guide to learn at home. Joni Eareckson Tada’s series, A Hymns for a Kid’s Heart, have been a favorite books in our household for almost two decades. Sadly, they are out of print and only available secondhand (Note, vol. 2 has several of the hymns we are learning this year, so if you find a decently priced used copy, pick it up!). Timeless Hymns for Family Worship is another lovely book by the same author and it is available in print and valued at $17.83.

Prize #4

Prize #4 lines up perfectly with our Term 3 & 4 study of money skills (Forms 1-3) and personal finance (Forms 4-5). This is an open-box (but unused) copy of Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace Jr. for ages 3-12. I purchased this to see if it would be a good resource for our community days. It’s more of an at-home resource, so I am offering it as a prize for one of you to use it in your home! This is valued at $17.91.

Rules and Conditions

2. Entries will be collected until April 19, 2022 at 11:59 pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST).
3. Winners will be announced on this blog, as well as on Facebook and Instagram on April 20, 2022, in the evening (EST).
4. Winners will be contacted by email or Facebook messenger on April 20, 2022, in the evening (EST).
5. Winners must be at least 18 years old and live near Lynchburg, VA and be able to meet in person to receive their prize. (Prizes will not be shipped).
